Steve Trachsel took a no-hitter into the 6th inning as the Santa Fe Trailer
Bitches defeated the Dominican Republicans by the score of 6 to 1 at the
ballpark.
Trachsel(8-3) pitched well for Santa Fe in their victory. He allowed 1 hit
and 3 walks in 5 and 2/3 innings. The right-handed Trachsel lost his chance
for a no-hitter when Chad Tracy singled with nobody out in the 6th inning.
Santa Fe finished with 9 hits while Dominican ended up with 3.

was unable to control the Santa Fe offense and allowed 8 hits and 6 walks in
